という、恐るべき、直截（ちょくせつ）の 記事が、どんどん欧米で出るようになった。
副島隆彦は、予言する。 ヒラリー・クリントンは、大統領選挙の、終盤の盛り上がりの、真っ盛りの １０月末に、逮捕され、勾留（こうりゅう）される。そして日本語で言えば、拘置所（こうちしょ） detention ディテイン、custody カストディ （これなら、警察署の留置場）に入れられる。
ヒラリーは、急病で、ぶっ倒れて担ぎ込まれない限り、この拘置所から、大統領選挙を、やり続けるだろう。 これは、お笑いの、巨大な漫才ですか、ということになる。 世界中は唖然となる。
私、副島隆彦は、「ヒラリーは捕まる」と、ずっと書いてきた。私にとっては、４年前のリビアのベンガジ事件の発生（２０１２年９月１１日、セッテンバー・イレブンだ） 以来の、アメリカ帝国の 首都ワシントンで、徐々に真実が剥がれ落ち、ガラガラと崩れてゆく大きなドラマだった。 その終盤、大団円が、始まった。 もう ヒラリーと、ビル・クリントンの 終わりだ。
私が、「ヒラリーは１０月末」に逮捕状を執行される、と予言、予測するのは、ヒラリーが大統領選挙に負ける １１月８日（投票日）のあとに、ヒラリーの逮捕arrest 、勾留の手続きを始めると、それは、「選挙に落ちた 哀れな婆さん（６９歳）を、皆で寄って集（たか）って虐（いじ）める」という 最悪の 政治ドラマになってしまうからだ。
それよりは、華々しい光芒（こうぼう）一閃（いっせん）を放って、アメリカ帝国の衰退衰亡（デクライン・アンド・フォール）を象徴する巨大な政治ドラマとして、牢屋(ろうや、jail )の中から、悠然とした態度で、選挙を続ける女帝（じょてい）ヒラリーという構図を作ってあげた方が、ずっと すばらしい歴史的光景となるからだ。彼女のために、そのようにしてあげるべきだ。
だから、１１月８日の大統領選挙の日よりも、直前の１０月の、それも、末頃に、FBI( 連邦警察)とIG ( Inspector General インスペクター・ジェネラル 、 監察長官 )によって、この逮捕・勾留（拘置）が行われるのが、 正しい政治セレモニーの手続きだ。
だから、私は、このように予言する。 そうなると、日本のバカ新聞、バカ・テレビ局（アメリカの忠実な手先ども ）でも、９月の末ぐらいから、「ヒラリー逮捕か」と大きく報道するようになる。

私が、一番、感動したのは、ジーニー・ピロウ Ｊｕｄｇｅ Ｊｅａｎｉｅ Ｐｉｒｒｏ ( FOX Channel) の 黒人女で、裁判官・検事あがりの女性 の 番組での彼女の、「ヒラリー, You are guilty ． お前は、有罪だ」 の 怒りの判決言い渡しだ。
それと、 共和党大会（ＲＮＣ、リパブリカン・ナショナル・コンベンンション）での、ラジオ・パーソナリティのローラ・イングラハム Laura Ingraham 女史 の 激しい、ヒラリー糾弾の大演説だ。その終盤で、「ハイ・ハニー。ハイ、マイ・フレンズ, ( この党大会の会場に一番上の階にいる あなたたち、私の友人もたくさんいます。 あなたたち、アメリカのメディア、報道の人たち、) お前たちが、一番、腐敗しているんだ。 お前たちが、この国で最悪なんだ。お前たちが、真実を報道しないで、ウソばっかり報じている。 お前たちが、一番、責任がある」 と 全身で怒号した。 この女性ふたりが一番、今のアメリカで強い、言論人だ。
「ヒラリー・お前が、（最大の）問題なのだ」 “ Hillary , you are the problem . “と 指さしながら、大声で言った。 このとき、アメリカの空気が、さらに、一枚、変わった。
そして、党大会の２日目（７月１９日）に、登壇して、トランプ支持を明らかにしたことで、ヒラリーへの糾弾の、 模擬裁判（もぎさいばん）をやった、クリス・クリスティ Chris Christy ニュージャージー州知事（現職）の、すばらしい、ヒラリーへの 有罪の 裁判だ。 クリスティは、おそらく２００キロぐらいある、デブの巨体だ。この体を揺すりながら、しかし、時々、会場に向かって、頷（うなず）くように、微笑（ほほえ）みながら、激しくヒラリーの罪状読み上げ、をしていった。 “ Is she guilty , or not guilty ? “と 会場に向かって聞いた。 そうしたら、会場から、逐一、 ”Guilty “ 「ギルティー」の大合唱が、沸き起こった。
この直後から、 “ Lock her up ! Lock her up ! “ 「ロック・ハー・アップ。ロック・ハー・アップ」 の大唱和が、起きて、それが、今や、アメリカ全土を席巻している。だから、ヒラリーは、必ず、逮捕、拘留、勾留、そして、裁判に掛けられるのだ。もう、この動きは止まらない。
ＦＢＩ も、 米司法省（検察庁でもある） も、国務省の中の、まともな連中も、ＣＩＡの高官たちでも、あまりの自分たちの外国での破壊工作の違法に、恥じている者たちでも、彼ら、 強行法規（刑事法）の法執行官 （ラー・エンフォースメント・オフィサー law enforcement officers ） たちも、怒っている。

FBI Director James Comey subsequently criticized Clinton’s use of a homebrew email server to handle sensitive work-related emails as “extremely careless,” but said his agency’s yearlong investigation found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing.
Furious the FBI didn’t press charges against their political rival, Republicans now are demanding that the Justice Department open a new investigation into whether Clinton lied during testimony last year before the House Benghazi panel.
They claim the FBI notes, which are typically kept confidential after an investigation is closed, may show Clinton provided inconsistent answers to questions about her handling of emails containing classified information. House Republicans made a similar request last month. They also sought, unsuccessfully, to deny classified intelligence briefings to Clinton during the campaign.
Congressional aides told The Associated Press on Monday that they expect to receive the FBI’s notes from Clinton’s interview “at some point.” They spoke under condition of anonymity because they had not been authorized to publicly discuss the issue.
State spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau said her department has asked the FBI to keep it apprised of any documents provided to Congress that contain sensitive information.

Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., sent a letter to the Justice Department on Monday outlining what they see as a case for charging Clinton with perjury over her sworn testimony before the Benghazi panel last October.
Though the Republicans failed to find evidence to support their claims that Clinton was negligent in preventing or stopping the deadly 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya, they are now focusing on questions surrounding the Democratic nominee’s haphazard handling of emails containing government secrets. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, currently lagging in opinion polls, also routinely attacks Clinton over her email use.
Democrats, meanwhile, accuse congressional Republicans of spending millions in taxpayer money on what they argue is a political witch hunt.
Rep. Adam Schiff of California, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, warned that providing the FBI’s confidential notes to the Republicans will discourage witnesses from cooperating with future investigations.
”The history of the partisan Benghazi investigation made it clear that any information that can be leaked by the majority to the prejudice of Secretary Clinton, will be leaked,” Schiff said.

Ex-deputy CIA Director Michael Morell who has presented himself as non-partisan, endorsed Hillary Clinton after he had been caught covering up the Benghazi attacks saying that they were the result of a spontaneous protest in response to an anti-Islamic video rather than a terrorist attack that the Obama administration should have been prepared for.
In his op-ed released on Friday, ex-deputy CIA chief, who was said to have voted for Republicans in the past, expressed strong support for Clinton. While trying to express his loyalty to Democrats in his statement, he called the Republican candidacy of Donald J. Trump “not only unqualified for the job, but he may well pose a threat to our national security” and claimed that Trump was an “unwitting” agent of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
However, a recent media investigation revealed that he worked with Clinton when she served at the State Department and played a critical role in the Benghazi cover-up.
Morell lied about his role in preparation of notorious CIA talking points for US Ambassador Susan Rice’s address to Sunday morning talk shows in the wake of the Benghazi attack that left four US citizens, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, dead while the survivors languished against a brutal band of terrorists for thirteen hours without any aide from the State Department or Pentagon.
Rice blamed the attacks on a YouTube video that alleged triggered a spontaneous protest in Libya. After that Congress pressed her to provide sources from which she determined that the incident was traced to the anti-Islamic video. In the process, it was revealed that her talking points had been prepared by a joint team of intelligence services, the White House and Hillary Clinton’s staffers. It was also revealed that in the blueprint of the talking points al Qaeda had initially been mentioned before Morrell scrubbed reference to the terrorist group for presumably political purposes.
In an interview with the New York Post, Sen. Lindsay Graham revealed that Morell tried to conceal that he was the person who was behind the editions of the Rice talking points spoken before Congress and the media. The Deputy CIA chief shuffled the blame onto the FBI in an attempt to pass the buck and in hopes of emerging from the incident unscathed politically.
“So I called the FBI,” Graham recalls. “They said, no, they didn’t change the talking points. They were furious.”
“At 4 p.m. that day, the CIA called me and said Morell ‘misspoke’ in his meeting with me, and that the CIA deleted [the reference to al Qaeda], but they couldn’t give a reason why.” In the aftermath, Morell testified before the Benghazi Select Committee to give an answer of why had eliminated all the mentions about al Qaeda. He ended up stating that he did it because the media said the protests in Libya had been sparked by a video, although he had information from intelligence sources that was contrary to his claims.
According to the Frontpage, the CIA Chief of Station in Tripoli reported to the CIA brass bulletin about the situation on the ground in Libya the day after the attack and clearly indicated that a video was not a reason for the attack.
Graham gave an unvarnished explanation for what prompted Mo rell to ‘correct’ the talking points: “If the truth had been known that al Qaeda killed four Americans seven weeks before an election, it would have been a different political story.”

副島隆彦です。 私は、書いて伝えたいことが、山ほどある。日本国民に、何が起きているのかを、知らせなければいけない。だが、それらを逐一、ずっと書いてゆくのは、大変な手間だ。英文の重要な箇所を翻訳して、載せてゆくだけでも大変だ。 追々（おいおい）やるさ。
最後に、５人の ヒラリー問題の、関係者が、この７月にワシントンで、次々に殺されている。
民主党の全国委員会の幹部職員で、見るからに真面目そうな、２８歳の、 セス・リッチ Ｓｅｔｈ Ｃｏｎｒａｄ Ｒｉｃｈ が、ＦＢＩの捜査官と会うために、向かう途中の車で、縦断を数発受けて死んだ。 ７月１２日のことだ。このセス・リッチは、民衆党本部の腐敗と、選挙妨害と、それからヒラリー・メール問題の内部 証拠を、外に漏らした、ホイッスル・ブロウアー（内部告発者）だったようだ。それで、デボラ・ワッサーマン・シュルツたちに口封じで殺されたのだ。
それから、 ジョン・アッシュ Ｊｏｈｎ Ａｓｈｅ というワシントンの国連職員が、民主党本部とヒラリーのことで、宣誓供述を議会で行おうとしていた前日に、死んだ。６月２２日だ。
それから、ヴィクター・ソーン Victor Thorn が死んだ。作家で、クリントン財団の秘密を暴いた本を書いた人だ。自分の家のそばの山で、銃弾を浴びて死んでいるのが発見された。８月１日だ。 そして、何と、この ヴィクター・ソーン氏は、私、副島隆彦が、２００４年に、翻訳出版した、 『次の超大国は中国だとロックフェラーが決めた』 原題 “ Ｎｅｗ Ｗｏｒｌｄ Ｏｒｄｅｒ Ｅｘｐｏｓｅｄ ” の 著者である。私は、ヴィクター・ソーン氏とメールで交信しながら、この本を翻訳した。 だから、人ごとではないのだ。私は、彼を同志、仲間として、追悼する。
それから、ショーン・ルーカス Shawn Lucas 氏が死んだ。８月４日の自宅で死んでいるのが見つかった。ショーン・ルーカスは、民主党内のサンダーズ支持者で、クリントン財団 と民主党本部（ＤＮＣ）の秘密 の利益供与疑惑 fraud フロード を調べていた弁護士だ。
このように、 「ヒラリー・ファイブ・ボディズ 」（ヒラリー関連の５人の死者）という問題が、犯罪事件として、今、アメリカで騒がれている。もう、このまま何もないでは済まない。 いよいよ、 「ヒラリー逮捕、投獄」に向かって、秒読みが始まっている。
米大統領選挙 どころではなくなっている。オリンピックどころでもない。だが、この大統領選挙 が最大に盛り上がったところで、ヒラリー逮捕の大イベントが、行われれば、それは、オリンピックの 聖火台への点火のように、大空に舞い上がる大きな炎となって、人類史の大事件として記憶されてゆくだろう。
トランプが、だから、５月１７日に、同じニューヨークのアッパー・イースト（元々は、ジャーマン・タウン。ドイツ系移民の生活地帯）の超一流の住宅街に住む、ヘンリー・キッシンジャーに、呼ばれて、訪ねて、ふたりで、「ヒラリーの問題で、アメリカが大変な窮地に陥ることになってはいけないのだ。
ドナルド（・トランプ） よろしく頼む」と、同じドイツ系移民の血筋を引く誼（よしみ）で、深刻に話し込んだのだ。 さあ、それでもトランプが、あっさりキッシンジャーからの頼みを聞き入れるかは、分からない。トランプは、ずば抜けて頭のいい、ニューヨーク・マフィアあがりの大親分だから。
これで私、副島隆彦が抱えていた 謎がまた一つ解けた。 私が、７月１日に発売した、『トランプ大統領 と アメリカの真実』（（日本文芸社 刊 ）で書いたことの続きが、こうして、進行してゆく。この本を今からでも買って読んで下さい。
ヒラリーは、だから、この１０月末に （病気でぶっ倒れて病院に逃げ込まない限りは、）逮捕されて、拘置所 detention から、 「ハーイ、アメリカ国民の皆さん。 私は、元気で、牢屋の中から、選挙戦を続けます。 私は当選する 」 と、 気丈に、不貞不貞（ふてぶて）しく、だが優雅に、高雅 に、悠然と、誇らしげに、あの高慢女の、鼻っ柱の強い感じのまま、鈍感きわまりない態度で、鉄格子の後ろから、微笑み返すだろう。
ああ、これが、悪業の限りを尽くした 女帝 というものの、末路だ。 民衆は、歴史の中で、そうやって、断頭台に送られた権力者たちの姿を、「ああ、あの人も遂に、京の四条河原に、首を晒（さら）されなさったか」と 見送る。
日本の忠実なヒラリー派（ネオコン、統一教会＝Moonie 、グローバリストの手先）である、 安倍晋三も 稲田朋美も、自分の首のあたりを優しく摩（さす）っていた方がいい。
人間世界は浅ましくも、このように連綿と続いてゆく。 私は、続けて、どんどん、「ヒラリー逮捕へ」を書く。 そして、来年のヒラリー裁判の行方までを、どんどん予言してゆく。
